Driver crashes into cars in parking lot
OREGON Metropolis, Ore. (KOIN) — A driver suspected of currently being below the affect smashed into 11 parked autos at a browsing center on Thursday night, according to police in Oregon Metropolis, Oregon.
The driver’s motor vehicle, a perform truck, rammed into the 11 other autos in the parking region of the Southridge Browsing Heart at around 5:30 p.m. The Oregon City Law enforcement Section shared a online video of the incident which displays the truck crashing into a parked car in advance of backing up and hitting at minimum two additional vehicles. From there, the driver pulled forward and sped into additional extra parked autos.
The truck came to a prevent soon after jumping a curb.
In addition to the parked cars and trucks, the driver did destruction to two companies, law enforcement reported on Fb.
The driver of the truck was taken to the clinic for therapy of injuries sustained in the crashes.
“We are grateful that no just one else was wounded,” police wrote.
The suspect has been charged with driving below the affect of intoxicants, reckless endangering and reckless driving.
